1. Intake support and the care workflow

wellnesspathgo supports the initial intake process. Completed intake and care-workflow information is processed through the DOSEVANA platform, including personal and contact information, medical and health information, clinical communications, prescriptions, payment and fulfillment information, and platform communications associated with care. Independent licensed healthcare providers review the intake and determine whether services or treatment are appropriate.

2. Dosevana's Privacy Policy

Dosevana's Privacy Policy is the governing privacy notice for information provided through the Dosevana platform and its patient services. It describes what Dosevana collects, how it uses and safeguards information, when it shares information with providers and pharmacies, and available privacy choices.

3. Delete Dosevana Health data

If you use the optional Dosevana Health app and want to delete the health data it has received from your device, follow Dosevana's published data-deletion instructions. This action applies to data handled through Dosevana and does not replace any medical-record retention requirements.

4. Platform terms

5. Information on the wellnesspathgo website

If you contact wellnesspathgo directly, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. Please do not include medical or other sensitive health information in a general website contact form. For care-related questions, intake, orders, or privacy requests concerning patient information, use the DOSEVANA platform or the contact method identified in Dosevana's Privacy Policy.

6. Virtual Assistant and website messages

Our AI Virtual Assistant answers general product and website questions. The messages you submit, along with limited conversation context, are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The assistant cannot provide medical advice or access your patient records. Do not include personal health information, payment details, or other sensitive information in this chat.

We retain screened individual questions for up to 30 days in active application storage to review and improve answers. Automatic filters exclude detected personal details and medical disclosures, but filtering is not a guarantee that all sensitive information will be detected. Please do not submit names, contact information, payment information or personal health details. We do not save full conversations or assistant responses in this question-review record, and do not attach IP addresses or visitor identifiers. Access to question records is restricted to authorized administrators; questions are not published or automatically used to train a model. We also keep aggregate daily topic and response-outcome counts. Expired question records are excluded from reports and scheduled for hourly deletion; infrastructure backups follow the service provider’s retention policies. This does not mean messages have no retention by the AI service; service providers process information under their own policies. The team contact form is submitted through Web3Forms and is handled separately from AI chat. It collects the contact information and message you choose to submit for an email reply. Use the designated clinical platform for sensitive care information.
